If you have a new phone number and wish to update your TIER-account, we can offer you 2 options:

  • Simply create a new account with a new email and phone number
  • Send us an email from your registered TIER email on support@tier.app and we can delete your current TIER account.

You can then register again with your new phone number.

If you have free minutes or unlocks on your existing account, we can of course transfer them to your new account! Just make sure to let our customer care agents know :)

If you discover a mistake in your email address or want to change your current email, you can simply send us a message on support@tier.app from the email address you are registered with in the app and our customer care agents can help you change it.
